Investor updates, on time
Auto-drafts your monthly investor update from KPIs you mention in Slack and email β you edit, BuzzRelay sends.
A practical guide. Six day-to-day scenarios where BuzzRelay does the work, plus a step-by-step walkthrough for connecting your own inbox, AI subscription, and tone profile.
A typical Wednesday: 87 unread, three of them are signal. BuzzRelay shows you those three first, drafts the replies in your tone, and silently files the rest under projects you've already taught it about.
Maya R. β "Need your sign-off on Q2 launch timeline by EOD Thursday."
Stripe β "Invoice #4291 paid Β· β¬4,250."
Newsletter Γ6 β Substack, Lenny's, etc.
1 priority, 1 draft to review, 1 invoice filed. Total inbox time: ~3 minutes before your first meeting.

Tracks where every candidate sits in your pipeline. Surfaces ghosting risk before week three.
Follow-up discipline, but as a quiet system rather than a rule you have to remember. BuzzRelay tracks every outbound thread and nudges you (in your inbox, not in another app) when something's been silent too long.
If a prospect goes quiet, BuzzRelay drafts a contextual follow-up β referencing the actual last message, not a template.
Shared voice profiles β every rep sounds like the brand, not like a template. Personalization stays per-rep.
Invoice in, file it. PO out, log it. Vendor query, route it. BuzzRelay watches the inbox you've delegated to it and creates the records you'd otherwise create by hand β with a clear audit log of every action.
Every paid invoice gets a line in your ledger of choice (Xero, QuickBooks, Notion, or a CSV export).
Knows which vendor goes to which person on your team, and CCs the right human only when a decision is needed.
You don't need a full-time assistant. You need an inbox that stops being a second job. BuzzRelay handles the admin layer β scheduling, contracts, follow-ups, polite no's β so you can spend Tuesday actually doing the work.
"Tuesday 2:30 works" β BuzzRelay finds it on your calendar, sends the invite, blocks travel time, replies confirming.
One-click "decline politely" generates a warm, on-brand response. You skim, you send.
Designed with shore-side operations in mind: brief in, brief out. A 60-second daily voice digest of what your inbox actually needs from you, plus draft replies you can confirm with a tap from a phone over a flaky 4G connection.
Audio summary of the morning's priorities, sent as a podcast feed to your phone. Listen on deck, on the road, or in the dock office.
Drafts compress to a few KB. Approve from anywhere β even satellite uplinks.
Manage multiple principals' inboxes from one calm dashboard. BuzzRelay learns each person's tone separately, so a draft for the CEO doesn't sound like a draft for the COO.
Switch contexts cleanly between principals. Each has its own tone profile, priority rules, and approval flow.
Optional human-in-the-loop: nothing leaves the inbox until you (or the principal) approves.

Not by default. New accounts run in review-mode for the first 14 days β every draft sits in your queue until you approve. You can switch to auto-send on a per-rule basis (e.g. "auto-send replies under 40 words to people I've emailed in the last 90 days").
Yes β that's exactly the BYOS model. Bring an OpenAI subscription, paste your key, and BuzzRelay calls your provider on your behalf. Token usage bills directly to your provider; we only charge the monthly seat.
