Does BuzzRelay store my emails?
Only what's needed to do the next task — and only as long as needed. Triage cache: 7 days. Tone profile: structured features only, no raw mail. Drafts: until sent or discarded. You can purge everything from Settings → Data, and we send you a confirmation when the deletion clears our backups (≤30 days).
Will it send emails on my behalf without asking?
Not by default. New accounts run in review-mode for the first 14 days — every draft sits in your queue until you approve. You can switch to auto-send on a per-rule basis (e.g. "auto-send replies under 40 words to people I've emailed in the last 90 days").
Can I use my own AI subscription?
Yes — that's exactly the BYOS model. Bring an OpenAI subscription, paste your key, and BuzzRelay calls your provider on your behalf. Token usage bills directly to your provider; we only charge the monthly seat.
What happens if I disconnect?
Within 60 seconds, BuzzRelay loses all access to your inbox. We delete encrypted credentials immediately, drafts and tone profile within 24h, and any cached email content within 7 days. You can request an immediate purge from Settings → Data.
Where is my data stored?
EU customers: Frankfurt (eu-central-1). US customers: Virginia (us-east-1). Pro and Team plans can pick at signup; we do not move data across regions. SOC 2 Type II audit in progress; ISO 27001 targeted for Q4 2026.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — BuzzRelay's daily brief and approval queue are designed to work over flaky 4G and even satellite uplinks. Drafts compress to a few KB. Native iOS app in beta; Android in private alpha.

We don't train models on your mail. We don't sell, share, or analyze it for advertising. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Customer-isolated key vaults. SOC 2 Type II audit underway. Full data export in .mbox/.json. Deletable end-to-end with a 30-day backup window.
